Local Collection

Orders can be placed online for same-day collection during working hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm). Most orders are ready within 15 minutes. Our collection address is:

White Rose Mill, Holmfield, Halifax, HX3 6SN

Delivery Services

  • Royal Mail 24/48: Aims to deliver within 1–2 and 2–3 working days respectively. These are not guaranteed services.

  • DPD Local: Aims for next working day delivery, but this is not guaranteed. Our cut-off time for DPD collection is 12pm.

  • General Dispatch: We aim to dispatch orders received by 2pm on the same working day (Mon–Fri). However, during busy periods, this may not be possible.

Delivery Exceptions

Some UK postcodes have extended delivery times. Please refer to the full list on our website or contact us for more information.


Order Emails

You will only receive emails related to your order unless you have subscribed to our newsletter. You will receive:

  • Order confirmation upon purchase

  • Dispatch confirmation once your order is sent

  • A feedback request from Reviews.io 10 days after dispatch (optional; you may unsubscribe anytime)


Free Delivery

Free delivery applies only to UK mainland addresses and is subject to conditions. See our Delivery page for details.


Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are shipped once available. If your order includes pre-order and in-stock items, the full order will ship when the pre-order item is released. Dates are estimates and subject to change by the manufacturer.


Flammable Goods

Certain products (e.g., Tamiya, Alclad, Mr Hobby, aerosols, thinners) are flammable and cannot be shipped via Royal Mail. Aerosols can only be sent via DPD to UK mainland addresses.


Delayed or Missing Parcels

We understand how frustrating delays or missing parcels can be, and we’re here to help as much as we can within the guidelines of our delivery partners.

Royal Mail Deliveries

Royal Mail classifies an item as lost after 15 working days from its expected delivery date. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement until this period has passed.

All Royal Mail services we use include tracking, and a recorded delivery confirmation is accepted as proof of delivery.

Please note that delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are unable to refund postage costs for items that arrive later than expected but within Royal Mail’s standard delivery window.

DPD Deliveries

If your DPD parcel is delayed, misdelivered, or missing, we are required to allow up to 7 working days from the delivery date for DPD to carry out their investigation.

Once DPD has completed their enquiries, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Throughout this process, we will liaise directly with the relevant courier and ensure you are kept informed of any updates regarding your delivery.


Order Processing

We process orders promptly. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and issue a full refund if required. Product information (images, descriptions) is updated regularly but may occasionally differ from the final product due to manufacturer changes.

Please verify your delivery address before dispatch. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details:

  • We can resend it upon payment of a new delivery charge

  • Or refund the order minus the original postage cost

If the error was ours, we will resend at no cost.

Note: All model kits are supplied unassembled and unpainted.


Cancellations & Returns

You have the right to cancel within 14 working days of receiving your order. Notify us in writing at info@redeployable.uk.

  • Goods must be returned at your expense unless they are faulty or supplied in error

  • Items must be returned in reasonable condition

  • You may request a prepaid returns label; the cost will be deducted from your refund

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened DVDs

  • Magazines, books, and other printed materials


Faulty Products

Faulty items can be returned within 12 months under warranty. We operate a return-to-base warranty. You must return the item to us; we will repair or replace it and return it to you free of charge. Compatibility between brands cannot be guaranteed. We recommend patch testing before full use.


Gift Vouchers

  • Delivered via email with a redeemable code

  • Valid for 365 days from purchase (expires on the 366th day)

  • Partially redeemable; remaining balance can be used in future orders

  • Registered customers may store gift vouchers in the “My Account” area


Complaints

We take customer service seriously and aim to resolve any complaints fairly and promptly. We will:

  • Acknowledge complaints within 5 working days

  • Keep you updated throughout the resolution process

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
