Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re unhappy with a product you’ve bought from us, please contact us as soon as possible.

We offer a 14-day return and refund policy for purchases made through our website. This includes the option to exchange or return your item, provided the following conditions are met.

Returns & Refunds

• You may return a product within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided it is:
  • In its original, unopened packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
• After 14 days, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
• If your return is approved, we will:
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 calendar days
  • Not refund charges for upgraded delivery services
• You will need to complete our returns form, which can be found here

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

• The item has been opened or shows signs of use
• The item is not in its original condition
• Parts are missing not due to our error
• The return is made after 14 days (only the product cost may be refunded)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

• Check your bank or card account again
• Contact your card issuer or bank
• If still unresolved, email accounts@redeployable.uk

Final Sale Items

Final sale items are non-refundable unless defective.

All products come with a 12-month warranty:

• Within 28 days: We provide a return label and will replace the item
• After 28 days: Return the item at your cost; we will repair or replace and cover the return shipping. If out of stock, we’ll issue store credit for the item’s value

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you may receive gift credit. If not, the refund will go to the original purchaser, who will be notified.

Right to Cancel

In addition to our returns policy, you may cancel your order under consumer law.

• Request cancellation in writing within 14 calendar days of receiving your order

• You must return goods at your own expense
• Refunds include the product price
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned items

Free Delivery Terms

• • Applies to orders over £60 under 2kg within Royal Mail size limits
  • Orders between £60–£99.99 that include aerosols, large flammable quantities, or exceed size limits may incur a delivery charge
  • Orders over £100 are delivered free with no restrictions to selected mainland postcodes

Orders containing hazardous or oversized goods cannot be shipped to NI, IOM, IOW, Highlands, these are excluded from our free shipping.

Postcodes not covered by our free DPD delivery, or standard DPD delivery service.
